Born in Mexico City in 1978, Alejandro obtained his degree in architecture with honors in the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City in 2001. Immediately, he joined the design workshop of Architect Enrique Martorell, who along with Architect Ricardo Torreslanda funded “Martor Arquitectos” in 2002. His design ability, and his strong commitment to the firm; quickly positioned Alejandro as Director of Design, where he developed more than a hundred architectural projects in various sectors, such as, Housing, Residential Development, Retail, Corporate, Industrial, Service stations, Entertainment Centers and Casinos.
In 2009, Alejandro became the CEO of the firm “Martorell Arquitectos”, where he strengthened his professional development by performing a combination of roles in the design, building and management areas. His work in the firm has been recognized in various publications, such as: “ATK Anuario”, “Espacios en Arquitectura”, “Arquitectos Mexicanos”, “Interiores Mexicanos”, “Ideas”, “A+A”, “Altura”, “ArquiTK”, “Casa Viva”, “Enlace”, among others.
In 2014, Alejandro founded his own Architecture firm “ADN Arquitectos”, whose main commitment is the quality of architecture.
ADN Arquitectos creates contemporary architecture that can be described as practical, aesthetic and functional, with geometric lines, innovative technology and focused on sustainability.
